First item controls allow you to immediately identify any non-conformity before an industrial production.
The inspections realized during the production process, make you able to identify the problems that may appear during the production, to start corrective actions in time and to reduce the costs induced by the risks to have to re-manufacture the product.
Final inspections before shipping are useful to detect the non-conformities before shipping. It reduces the risks for the buyer to get a defective product and to avoid the delays and costs induced by the fact of having to replace the products.

How is the samples inspection working?

Samples will be randomly selected for the inspection.
The samples will be verified with regard to a detailed inspection plan.
We will verify the conformity of the manufactured product by making instant and random controls on your products.
We are doing regular controls to ensure our customer that the production and shipping planning will be respected.

First items controls

A control of the first item is made before the start of the industrial production.
We are checking the conformity of the first items in regard of the reference prototype before the industrial production. This kind of service makes you able to check that the product is conforming to your specifications in order to avoid engineering changes.

Controls during the production process

A control during the production process is made on the assembly line or during the manufacturing process: it will determine if the appropriate tests and the controls are done and if they match your requirements.
With these controls, you are able to judge the quality of the samples selected during the production process. This service allows guaranteeing the quality of your goods and to make every necessary change in the beginning of the process in order to reduce the costs and the time induces by the machines re-programming.

Final controls before shipping

A final control before shipping is a final sampling of the product in order to check the conformity of the product before its delivery and to avoid your merchandise to be non-conform to your requirements
Depending on the results of a final control, the products can be accepted, rejected or delayed.
During the final controls, we are checking that the finished products are really conforming to your specifications.
