• Fill the fields of your services demand form.
• As soon as we receive it, we will send you a proforma estimate bill invoice including the selected services.
• Once we got your agreement on the service demand to realize and once the payment is done. Click here to see the payment conditions.
• We will confirm by e-mail the date and details of the service to your partners.
Development of the services
• If you already have a supplier, inform him that Khunanya Trading, will represent you from now.
• Our coordination staff will call the supplier to explain him your services demand.
• We arrange a meeting with the supplier and we present our self on your behalf.
• The service is finished; your supplier is informed of the results before we leave.
• Our reports with pictures are checked by a technical supervisor and then they are sent to you by e-mail.
• We are providing you with the complete reports of the lab test results and the certifications, by mail and e-mail.
• Your assistant, Khunanya Trading, will contact you for further instructions confirmation.
Provide us with as much information as possible, we will then give a fast answer to your demand.
This information can include:
• Samples, models, prototypes and/or pictures.
• Specifications.
• The type of audit and/or the type of reports and questionnaire forms.
• The criterion of the plan and format of the products inspection.
• The criterion of the corrective action plan to realize.
• For the lab tests, the type of control to assign and/or the conformity to the norms and certifications circulars of the products.
• The type of packaging and the quantities.
• The name of your freight forwarder.
